• Company: Refers to PROPEL AUTOMOTIVES AND TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, engaged in the export of automobiles and machinery.

• Client/Customer: Any individual or business purchasing vehicles or services from us.

• Products: Vehicles, machinery, and related services offered by the Company.

 

2. General Terms

• All transactions are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• The quoted price is valid for seven days from the date of issuance.

 

3. Order Process

• Vehicle Selection: Customers choose vehicles based on their preferred brand, model, specifications and color.

• Price Confirmation: Prices must be confirmed before placing an order.

• 50% of the payment must be made through approved payment methods before shipping, with the remaining 50% due upon the release of the Bill of Lading (BL).

• Shipping & Delivery: Once payment is received, the Company arranges shipping and provides updates.

 

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made through Bank Transfers, Letters of Credit, or other agreed methods.

• Customers are responsible for bank fees and exchange rate differences.

• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• The Company will book shipments with the customer’s preferred shipping line where possible.

• Estimated delivery times depend on shipping schedules and customs clearance.

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Customs & Import Duties

• The Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.

• The Company provides necessary shipping documents, but compliance with local regulations is the buyer’s responsibility.

 

7. Vehicle Condition & Warranty

• Vehicles are sold “as is”, unless stated otherwise.

• The Company is not responsible for mechanical issues, repairs, or modifications after delivery.

• Inspection reports, if available, will be provided before purchase.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and subject to approval.

• Transaction fees for refunds, if applicable, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping delays

• Customs issues

• Natural disasters

• Third-party service failures

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Indian/Law].
