Who is responsible for your information
Propel Automotives Trading Private Limited is responsible for personal information collected through this website and during our sales and export process. Our identifying and contact details are provided at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
- name, phone number, email address, company and country;
- billing, consignee, destination-port and delivery information;
- vehicle requirements, enquiries, quotations and correspondence;
- invoice, payment status, transaction reference and refund information;
- identity or compliance documents required for a lawful transaction; and
- basic device, browser, IP address and website usage information.
We do not ask customers to disclose a card CVV, OTP or banking password. Full card and banking credentials entered on a PayU-hosted payment screen are handled by PayU and its regulated payment partners, not stored by us.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, verify and fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, arrange inspection and shipment, create transaction records, prevent fraud, meet tax and export obligations, resolve disputes and improve the website.
We may send order-related messages and, where permitted, relevant business updates. You can ask us to stop non-essential marketing communications at any time.
International processing
Vehicle exports necessarily involve parties in India and the destination country. Information may therefore be processed outside your country for shipping, customs, banking or compliance purposes. We use reasonable contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the transaction.

We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably required for follow-up. Order, invoice, payment, export and compliance records may be retained for the periods required by applicable tax, company, customs, banking and limitation laws. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, subject to lawful recordkeeping duties.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, access-control and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Customers should use official contact details, verify payment requests and never share OTPs or passwords with anyone claiming to represent Propel.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for optional processing, object to non-essential marketing or raise a grievance.
We may need to retain information required for a contract, legal obligation, fraud prevention or dispute. We may also verify identity before acting on a request.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and businesses capable of entering a binding vehicle purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
