Shipping Duration

• International Orders: Estimated delivery time is a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 45 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 days based on the courier service and location.

Shipping Methods

• International Orders: Shipped through registered international courier services, International Speed Post, or Sea Cargo only.

• Domestic Orders: Shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• International Orders: Processed and dispatched within 10 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

• Domestic Orders: Processed and dispatched within 5 to 10 days, with an estimated delivery time of 15 to 20 days.

• Shipping and delivery times are subject to the respective courier company, postal services, or sea cargo schedules.

Liability & Responsibility

• Propel Automotives Trading Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or shipping agencies.

• Our commitment is to handover the consignment to the relevant shipping service within 5 to 10 days for international orders and 5 to 10 days for domestic orders, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout.

• Confirmation of order shipment will be sent to the registered email ID provided at the time of order placement.
