Due to the nature of international vehicle exports, our exchange and return policy is subject to strict guidelines. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All vehicle sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle, model, specifications, and features before confirming their order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and the vehicle has been prepared for shipment.

In exceptional cases, a cancellation request may be considered before shipping, subject to approval and a cancellation fee.
3. Inspection & Pre-Purchase Verification

Customers are encouraged to request detailed photos, inspection reports, and specifications before placing an order.

Third-party inspections can be arranged upon request, with costs covered by the buyer.
4. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
While we ensure thorough inspection before shipping, if a vehicle arrives with significant damage or does not match the confirmed order, the following conditions apply:

Customers must report any issues immediately after unloading the vehicle.

Proof of damage or discrepancies (photos, videos, and inspection reports) must be provided.

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and solutions may include partial refunds, repairs, or insurance claims.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Responsibility

Vehicles are sold “as is” unless stated otherwise.

The company is not responsible for mechanical failures, repairs, or modifications after delivery.

Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) must be claimed directly through the manufacturer.
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases and are subject to approval by our management team. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as:-
Order cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances before shipment.

Non-fulfillment of contractual obligations on our part.

Significant delays beyond the agreed timeline caused by factors within our control.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued under the following circumstances:-
Buyer’s change of mind after purchase confirmation.

Delays or issues caused by customs clearance, port authorities, or other third-party entities beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer leading to transaction or delivery issues.

Any fees, duties, or taxes paid to third parties.

Transaction Fees & Deductions
If a refund is approved, applicable transaction fees (including but not limited to bank charges, currency exchange fees, or payment gateway fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount. The final refundable amount will be communicated to the customer before processing.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
