Exchange/Return and Refund  Policy

At PROPEL AUTOMOTIVES TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality vehicles and machinery. Due to the nature of international vehicle exports, our exchange and return policy is subject to strict guidelines. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Exchange or Refund Policy or Canellation

Please note that all vehicles and parts delivered by Propel Automotives Trading Private Limited are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable. We do not accept any exchange or refund requests once the goods have been dispatched and delivered.

All products undergo thorough inspection prior to shipment, and only items meeting our quality standards are shipped. Pre-shipping inspection reports are shared with customers to ensure transparency and product assurance.

In the event of any defect or issue identified post-delivery, customers are advised to approach the nearest authorized sales or service center of the respective brand for resolution under the brand’s warranty and service guidelines.

 

2. Inspection & Pre-Purchase Verification

  • Customers are encouraged to request detailed photos, inspection reports, and specifications before placing an order.

  • Third-party inspections can be arranged upon request, with costs covered by the buyer.

 

3. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

While we ensure thorough inspection before shipping, if a vehicle arrives with significant damage or does not match the confirmed order, the following conditions apply:

  • Customers must report any issues immediately after unloading the vehicle.

  • Proof of damage or discrepancies (photos, videos, and inspection reports) must be provided.

  • Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and solutions may include partial refunds, repairs, or insurance claims.

 

4. Warranty & After-Sales Responsibility

  • Vehicles are sold “as is” unless stated otherwise.

  • The company is not responsible for mechanical failures, repairs, or modifications after delivery.

  • Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) must be claimed directly through the manufacturer.

At Propel Automotives Trading Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality vehicles and automotive parts that meet stringent quality standards. To maintain operational integrity and ensure transparency, we have established the following refund and return policy:

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Policy

  • All sales of vehicles and parts are final.

  • Once goods have been dispatched and delivered, we do not accept any requests for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances.

2. Conditional Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Order cancellation and refund requests may be considered only while the shipment is in transit, and must be supported by valid and documented reasons.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days or as per prevailing Indian banking settlement timelines.

  • Once goods are delivered, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.

3. Pre-Dispatch Quality Assurance

  • Every product undergoes a comprehensive inspection prior to shipment.

  • Pre-shipping inspection reports are shared with customers to confirm product condition and compliance with quality standards before dispatch.

4. Post-Delivery Concerns

  • In the rare event that a defect or issue is identified after delivery, customers are advised to:

    • Contact the nearest authorized sales or service center of the respective brand.

    • Seek resolution under the manufacturer’s warranty and service guidelines.

  • Propel Automotives does not assume responsibility for post-delivery issues that fall under brand-specific warranty coverage.

5. No Refunds After Delivery

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason once the product has been delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placement

  • Delays in third-party service or registration processes
